The Red Pill armada is in full retreat.
And I must admit, this does put a smile on my face.
For those of you who are unaware of the “Red Pill” community, it’s essentially an extremist movement targeted towards impressionable young men. Convincing them that the only path to their dreams is to become an “Alpha Male.”
It’s basically the male version of the Feminist movement.
As an impressionable young man myself, I can admit that I failed to resist the siren call of the Andrew Tates and Hamzas of the world.
However, I’ve slowly but surely been able to resist the scarlet web of deception.
Throughout this article we will be discussing the downfall of the Red Pill Movement.
narcissism
Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; A stranger, and not your own lips.

Reason number one the Red Pill community is falling is due to the rampant narcissism and self-exaltation.
We constantly hear men bragging about how much money they make, how many women they’ve conquered, or how chiseled their jawline is.
We see men setting themselves up as proverbial gods. Paragons of virtue with the secret elixir to solve the woes of manhood.
But you ain’t got the answers Sway!
Oftentimes, Red Pill content creators use shaming tactics to draw men in, highlighting their shortcomings while marginalizing their strengths.
In simple terms, they’re bullies.
And no one likes a bully.
Speaking of narcissism, have you ever heard the story of the Greek character Narcissus?
Narcissus is a figure from Greek mythology who was so impossibly handsome that he fell in love with his own image reflected in a pool of water.
Narcissus was born in Thespiae in Boeotia. His mother was warned one day by the seer Teiresias that her son would live a long life as long as ‘he never knows himself.’
As he reached his teenage years, the handsome youth never found anyone that could pull his heartstrings, indeed, he left in his wake a long trail of distressed and broken-hearted maidens, and one or two young men fell by the wayside too. Then, one day, he chanced to see his own reflection in a pool of water and, thus, discovered the ultimate in unrequited love and fell in love with himself.
Naturally, this one-way relationship went nowhere, and Narcissus, unable to draw himself away from the pool, pined away in despair until he finally died of thirst and starvation.

As you may have guessed, this character is where we get the term narcissist from.
The Red Pill community talks about how women will end up alone, yet, like Narcissus, they fail to realize that due to their pride they will experience a similar fate.

Reason number two the Red Pill is falling is due to the constant promotion of misinformation.
I’ve consistently heard Red Pillers state things like:
- Playing video games makes you a loser.
- Missing a day at the gym means you’re weak.
- Respecting women means you’re a simp.
Sorry to burst your bubble but…
Playing video games doesn’t make you a loser!
In fact, depending on the types of games you play, you might actually learn a thing or two.
For example, games like Assassin’s Creed and God of War inspired my love of history and mythology.
Missing a day at the gym doesn’t mean you’re weak!
For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
1 Timothy 4:8
I’d rather be an out of shape believer than a chiseled demon.
Respecting women doesn’t mean you’re a simp!
It means that you have a Godly understanding of the importance of the feminine.
Dear brothers,
It’s ok to play video games.
It’s ok to miss a day at the gym.
It’s ok to respect your woman.

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.

Last but not least; Perhaps the biggest contributor to the downfall of the Red Pill movement is the unabashed hypocrisy.
The Red Pill tells you to pursue your goals and avoid scandalous women, yet numerous manosphere content creators have been exposed for getting whores pregnant and falling into temptation.
In recent times this dynamic is best illustrated by the Fresh & Fit sandal.
Fresh & Fit is a hardcore Red Pill centered podcast hosted by Myron Gaines (Fresh) and Walter Weekes (Fit).
Fit (Walter), in many eyes the weaker half of the dynamic duo, was recently exposed for getting an alleged sex worker pregnant. Not only that, but he was also caught pushing the woman to get an abortion.
The subject of abortion is another topic for another day, but I find it ironic how a man who constantly preaches values of masculinity and responsibility so vehemently tried to avoid the consequences of his actions.

The Red Pill movement is dying.
And I think it’s beautiful.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think the Red Pill is all bad.
In fact, I believe there is much knowledge to be gained from it, especially in regards to self-improvement.
Yes, as a man you should be exercising, eating right, and trying to become the best version of yourself.
However, that doesn’t mean you have to turn into an ignorant, narcissistic hypocrite in the process.
