wii: precursor to the metaverse?
In the first entry of the predictive programs series we discussed how The Nutty Professor seemingly foreshadowed the rise of DNA manipulation and gene therapy, as well as the American obesity pandemic.
Looking back however, I came to the realization that I never explained what exactly predictive programming is.
So to begin volume 2 in this series, I wanted to give you guys a brief summary of predictive programming and it’s desired effects. Once we have an understanding of this concept, we will evaluate a seemingly glaring example of this phenomenon; that being the Nintendo Wii as a precursor and predictor of the metaverse, as well as the virtual reality environments that are becoming increasingly standardized.
So what exactly is predictive programming?

The article states that many believe the motives behind predictive programming stem from the government wanting to control the masses by creating problems and then offering a pre-ordained solution. This is actually an occult/masonic concept known as Order out of Chaos. The concept states that world leaders and governments create chaotic situations and then offer a solution based on their desired outcome.
So now that we have an understanding of what predictive programming is, as well as it’s intent and desired effects; we can evaluate a prime example of this phenomenon: The Nintendo Wii.
In 2006, the Wii burst onto the world stage and took the population by storm. Something I remember very vividly is the fact that seemingly EVERYONE had a Wii. I’ve never seen a gaming system garner such a universal following, and to this day, I haven’t experienced anything like it. Today, some people have PlayStations, others have an Xbox, and a few even have a PC; but everyone had a Wii.
So how is the Wii gaming console an example of predictive programming you ask?
In recent times I’m sure you’ve heard terms like: the metaverse, virtual reality, and gamification.

The metaverse and virtual reality are not new terms or ideas, and people have long discussed the implications of the rapid technological advancement. However, it seems as though since the start of the Covid Pandemic, there has been a major push to shift society full force into this new technocracy.
Facilitated by social distancing, stay at home orders, and vaccine mandates, we have seen a drastic shift from the physical to the virtual environment. Virtual meeting spaces like Zoom and Clubhouse are retiring intimate interactions, and it seems that many are beginning to favor the virtual as opposed to the physical.
As the pandemic has progressed, many industries are fully embracing this technological shift, and we have seen more and more companies pushing the metaverse and embracing forms of virtual reality.

One aspect of predictive programming is the idea that society will be more receptive and comfortable with societal changes because they will already be familiar with the changes through subliminal stimuli.
And this is where the Wii comes in….
Can the Wii be considered a proverbial test run for the rise of the global technocracy we are witnessing today?
We know that the metaverse is essentially a virtual world in which people use created avatars to interact in similar ways to the real world. Now think about your experience with the Wii.
You have a Mi, which is the personal avatar you created as your vessel for the world. You then used this created character to interact in the virtual world through various games that simulated real life events, such as running, tennis, bowling, and basketball. There was also a section called the Mi channel where you could see your character interacting with a host of other created characters.

If you remember early in the pandemic when most gyms were closed, many people were forced to exercise at home. Since then, we have seen a large number of virtual exercise products being advertised that promise to simulate things like jogging, canoeing, dancing, and more. I believe that the reason people are so receptive to these products is because, subconsciously, they’ve already been programmed through the use of devices like the Wii. The most eerie example of this is a device known as the Oculus Move.
When you look at many of the VR gaming systems today, many of them have glaring similarities to the Wii. They often come with some sort of handheld, remote-like console, and certain games have specific devices, such as a wheel for a driving game, or an electronic board for a skateboarding game. Interestingly, all of these devices were previewed by the Wii.

They say hindsight is 20/20.
In 2006, the Wii seemed like an innovative and fun way for people to enjoy video games while also getting some much needed exercise.
Only now, in 2022, do we see the deeper implications of this console that was years ahead of the societal curve.
Was the rise of Nintendo Wii by chance? A product of it’s innovation and practicality?
Or was it subliminally programming the population for the technocratic future we find ourselves in today?
You decide.
bye chance.
